Customization Process

  1. Quotation: The journey begins with a one-on-one consultation with our experienced designers. We listen to your ideas, inspirations, and requirements, noting every detail that matters to you.
  2. Order Confirmation: Based on our discussions, our design team creates initial concepts and sketches that capture your vision. We work closely with you to refine these concepts until they fully meet your expectations.
  3. Drawings: We create detailed blueprints and specifications for your custom lighting fixture. These plans serve as the roadmap our skilled artisans follow throughout the crafting process.
  4. Deposit (70%): A 70% deposit is required to begin crafting your custom fixture. This secures your place in our production schedule and allows us to source premium materials tailored to your design.
  5. Production: Our team of expert artisans, known for their precision and attention to detail, handcrafts your custom lighting fixture. Each element is carefully sculpted and assembled with the utmost care.
  6. Pre-assembly & Inspection: Before your fixture leaves our workshop, it undergoes rigorous quality inspections to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
  7. Balance (30%): A 30% balance is required before your custom fixture is prepared for delivery. This final payment ensures a smooth transition from production to your home, allowing us to complete final quality checks and coordinate secure shipping.
  8. Delivery: We coordinate the safe delivery of your custom fixture to your home. If needed, our professionals can also handle installation, ensuring it is perfectly placed in your space.
